BT offers a “Stay Fast” Guarantee with their service. If you cannot get your speed back to where it should be within 60 days they will allow you to claim £20. This is a nice offer but doesn’t cover the lack of service enough especially if you’ve experienced issues for 2 months and one month is £28.99, it’s a nice kickback though. They will allow you to leave you contract without penalty due to BT being signed up to Ofcoms Voluntary Codes of Practice on Broadband speeds. This is very useful to know.
