One essential service for families or large households is Multiroom that plan to use their Sky Q TV package across multiple rooms, Sky Multiroom is the ideal solution for this.
If you opt for this services as part of your overall Sky Q TV package, you will be able to watch your Sky TV in as many rooms in your house as you wish.
The price was £48, but this has been reduced to £41. It will include Netflix as part of the package. When you go to buy it may appear as Sky Q Multiroom but this is because you need to have one of the Sky Q packages to be able to buy Sky Multiroom.

How much is Sky Multiroom?
With Sky Q, you can pick up Sky Multiroom for £15 a month. This has a minimum contract length of 18 months. Prices may vary during the 18 month contract but if you pick up the Ultra HD add-on as well you can get a huge saving of 33% on the Ultra HD add-on, bring it from £12 down to £8 a month.
Sky Multiroom needs to be purchased with Sky Q TV package which means that the total cost for Sky Q TV and Multiroom is £41 a month with a £20 one-off charge. This is reduced from £48, a saving of £126.
If you add Netflix for free, you can save an extra £6 a month for 18 months, saving of £108.
This means you save a total of £234!

How does Sky Multiroom work?
In order to use Sky Multiroom, you need to have a Sky TV package and the Sky Mini box. One mini box will be used per TV and you have have up to 4 in a house. The extra streaming services add to the package allowing you to watch on multiple devices not just multirooms and multiscreens.
What is included with Sky Multiroom?
If you opt for Sky Multiroom, you will receive a Sky Mini box, this will allow you to watch your Sky entertainment on a second TV. The Sky mini boxes connect wirelessly to your internet, they can be used as wifi hotspots so they boost your Sky Broadband signal. The most impressive function of the Sky Mini boxes is that they let you pause on one TV and continue watching on another TV.
Sky Go Extra allows you to stream and download Sky TV on up to 4 devices anywhere you like.
With Sky Multiroom, you can add extra Sky Mini boxes to watch Sky TV on up to 4 TVs after ordering.
Sky Mini Boxes cost £49 each but you can get two when you sign up as a new customer.
New or Existing Customers
New customers will receive a Sky Mini box to watch their Sky TV on. If you are already a Sky customer and you are buying Multiroom as an add-on to your current TV package, you can use your existing Mini box.
What is the difference between Sky Multiscreen and Sky Multiroom?
We believe the change of name was because with the streaming services added on, you can stream on your phone, tablet and laptop not just in different rooms.

Top offer for Multiroom has to be Sky Q, Sky TV, Netflix & Sky Sports which has over 400 live football games on Sky Sports, plus all the extra content on Sky TV and Netflix for £44 a month for 18 Months, reduced from £51. Then add Multiroom on for the £15 a month. The total comes to £59 a month, which is reduced from £80 a month.
For the 18 months it would cost £1,440 but with the above applied, it comes to £1,062, saving £378!!

Superfast 35 – Sky Superfast 35 is available for £17 extra, saves you £144 over 18 months.
